The software should be able to run on any platform that supports the Java Virtual Machine and the Java Native Method Interface, and has been successfully run on Windows/95, Windows/NT-4.0, Linux and Solaris (SPARC).In order to run this software you must install a Java Virtual Machine to interpret the Java Classes.
Only the Sun Microsystems Java Development Kit has been used to develope and run this software on Windows and Solaris.
There is a port of the Sun Microsystems Java Development Kit available for Linux from Blackdown.
The current version of the development kit used is JDK 1.1.5, and should be downloaded and installed on your system.
