Welcome to the antenna page.  These are asome pictures of some antennas that Rick (N5DXT) and I worked on other hams own.  A note will be placed at the top if the owner info is know along with info about the system.

Here is a picture of an antenna that had to be pulled down and repaired.  The boom was broke just in front of the 4th element from the rear.  This show how much power the rotor had. This picture shows the size of this thing, it's 58 feet long and 38 feet wide.  It is a  KLM long john 6 element 20 mtr beam. We had to use a winch to put it back in the air. This antenna belongs to John Adel of Dallas(can't remeber the call)

This picture was taken just after getting the antenna back in the air. You can see how big it is with Rick up there at the Boom.  Rick is 6ft tall. We had to add a section to the tower so the tower is now 110 feet to the top. You can still see some of the bend in the boom but it's nothing like it was.

Here is a 10 thru 40 meter log on a all aluminum self supporting tower at 70 feet. This antenna had been pulled down for some repairs and we had just put it back in the air this day.

This array is owned by the same person that owns the log above. Here is a nice array with 4 - 144, 4 - 432, 1 - 220 and 1 1.2gig loop.

Here is another tower at the same place.  Rick (N5DXT) set this up for him.  The top 30 feet of this tower rotates the 2 7 element 6mtr beams. At the top is a 440 repeater antenna.
