One of my hobbys is Amateur Radio. I am a licensed F.C.C. Amateur Radio Operator and I am active in many diverse aspects of radio communication. My interests include CW (morse code), QRP(5 watts or less total power), BOAT ANCHORS (a fond name for old tube rigs),
CONTESTING (competing for contacts in events), HOMEBREW (no, it doesn't
mean I make my own Beer. It's what we HAMS (amateur radio operators)
call the design and manufacture of our own equipment, KIT BUILDING
(building someone elses design), and DX chasing (finding and contacting
