The ten meter trap before (left) and after (right) cleanup and replacment of the protective cap. The ends are taped with electricians tape so they don't get laquer on them. By the way, the old trap cover was falling apart and had to be replaced. I didn't know where I would come up with a new one until I noticed that the protective caps from the ends of the 1 1/4 inch pipe I used for the mount for this antenna were a perfect fit. I just had to cut a hole in the middle for the tubing to fit through!
