2.1.0.0 VIRTUAL "FRONT PANEL” OPERATORS’ CONTROLS AND INDICATORS
1. DISPLAY SELECTION TOGGLE - depressing “Information Display” brings up a text display in area 2 or depressing “Waveform Display” displays the current waveforms in area 2
2. DISPLAY - Displays information depending on selection in item 1
3. EXIT Button - Allows the operator to quit the program. This action terminates the current breathing profile after it has completed its current cycle.
4. SIGNAL TYPE - when running in the Waveform Gen. Mode this control allows the operator to select
either Sinusoidal (standard) or Triangular (calibration) waveforms
5. SEQUENCE FILE - this control is used to create and select file areas where preset profile names and data are stored. It has an unlimited capacity (up to the hard drive storage limit)
6. RATE - switch selects display’s vertical axis between Breaths per Minute or Velocity.
7. SEQUENCE NAMES - Inside each Sequence file up to 12 profiles can be stored. This control allows the operator to select the desired profile and/or change the name of the selected profile.
8.SERVO ENABLE - This control is initialized by the program when powering up to determine how many servos are online ( 1 or 2 ) and then give the operator the ability to select which unit(s) will be used and if both are selected how they will interact.
9a-9b. AMPLITUDE Control - Allows operator to modify the amplitude from 10 LPM to 450 LPM and is loaded upon pressing the COMMIT button.
10a-10b. BREATHS PER MINUTE (BPM) Control - Allows the operator to select BPM from 2 to 75 and is loaded upon pressing the COMMIT button.
