Level I - Repeater in normal operating use. Stations may be asked to standby in case of net
activation.

Level II - Standby Net. Net control initializes net. Stations may check in at any time. Stations may
call other stations without going through net control. Stations should pause briefly between
transmissions to allow access by net control or other stations. A Level II net will be activated when
there is a severe weather watch issued for our county.

Level III - Directed Net. All transmissions on frequency must pass through net control station
(NCS). Our weekly Sunday evening net is a Level III directed net. A Level III directed net will be
activated when there is a severe weather warning issued for our county.
