Itinerant, Low Power & Misc. Bank
This bank doubled as a general low-power bank which would come in handy when encountering fast foods, road construction, flagmen, special events, etc. It also tied up loose ends by consolidating some very small frequency ranges that would be a pain to search separately.

457/467 Freqs - These four pairs of frequencies, spaced at 10.225 MHz are internationally allocated for temporary repeaters to be used in loading and unloading seagoing ships. (the repeater is also limited to 2 watts) These (and the 12.5 kHz splinters between them) are used for all sorts of things including electronic inventory and alarm systems, fast food drive-throughs, and sometimes security. They are the bastard children of the following bands:
452.525-452.600 - Tow trucks (simplex only)
462.750-462.925 - Business Paging - This is an interesting band, because it's hard to search. The pagers will lock up most scanners. However, the splinters of 462.7625, 462.7875, 462.8125, 462.8375, 467.8625, 467.8875, and 467.9125 are available for 2-way radio use. Its a perfect place for radios with CTCSS or DCS to hide out from scanners that have only open squelch and are overcome by the paging signals. Additional note, I once was scanning for security, and picked up someone on 467.825. I tried listening for a repeater on 457.600 and there was nothing. On a whim, I tuned in a leaky-coax (very short range) repeater system for an office building on 462.825. Apparently they had a variance from the rule restricting this frequency to paging.
Itinerant - Intended for use by businesses who work at a variety of temporary locations.
853.4875 - used as talkaround by users from all services including business and public safety.
