The pins on the Alinco ALR-206T are as follows:

Pin 1 – Mic Audio and PTT

Pin 2 – Control Wire A

Pin 3 – Control Wire F (down)

Pin 4 – Control Wire E (up)

Pin 5 – Control Wire B

Pin 6 – Control Wire C

Pin 7 - Gnd

Pin 8 – Control Wire D

Note: For packet operation only pins 1 and 7 need to be connected. This rig is like many HTs. It uses one wire for mic audio and PTT. The above documents show how to setup a proper packet cable.
