Subject: DJ-G1 Recieve and Transmit Mod

This being a hard mod to find I set out to
do the mod and see which one worked. Actually it
stared me in the face. 

Here's the Mod.

1 Remove Batt & Wrist Strap.
2 Remove the belt clip
3 Next remove the 5 case screws
4 Pull apart the case slowly (Use Cation not
  to break cables)
5 Located Red and Blue wires at bottom of case.
6 Now either clip or unsolider these wires.
7 Make sure no bare wire is showing (Use Electrical Tape)
8 Reverse steps 4 to 1
9 Next Reset the TNC (With Radio Off Press F and hold it then turn
  HT on wait till all segments of the display appear)

That's all there is to it and it allows transmit from 108Mhz to 173.995Mhz
Your recieve is not 108Mhz to 173.995Mhz & 400Mhz to 511.995Mhz
