Radio Talk

It's interesting the way you must talk over the radio. First you talk and then the other person talks, you can't interrupt the other person while they are talking because their radio is in transmit mode and they just won't hear you. This forces the conversation to take on a different dynamic than if it was done in person.

Because of this mode of conversation, this enforced talk/ listen, conversations tend to be more thought out. If more than two people are talking interesting things can happen to the conversation. Two threads or conversations can occur at the same time and you find yourself having to reply to two or more unrelated questions.
