2. Via the bureau (you send your QSL via N2OO via the W2 incoming bureau)

OQRS “DIRECT MAIL” (Online QSL Request Service)
is a way for you to request a QSL card “online” without the need for filling out your own QSL and mailing it with an SASE or SAE/IRC/$$ to the QSL Manager.
Simply follow the directions and a QSL will be mailed directly to your door. No hassles. Any unforeseen issues can be handled via email.
The minimum N2OO QSL OQRS “DIRECT MAIL” (for all calls handled by N2OO and SJDXA except for any current DXpedition operation)
costs 3 USD or 3 Euro. Extra funds help with QSL manager expenses (incoming and outgoing bureau, QSL printing, supplies, etc).
For major “active” DXpeditions, OQRS is also a way to contribute to the effort at the same time that you are requesting your QSL card.
The current minimum “active” DXpedition OQRS (DXØDX) costs 5 USD or 4 Euro.
For both systems, options are provided for making additional contributions if you so desire.
OQRS “BUREAU” (Online QSL Request Service)
is a way for you to request a QSL card “online” without the need for filling out a QSL and sending it to us via the QSL bureau system. This is the fastest “free” way to request a QSL card. You do not have to wait for your QSL to travel to us via the often slow and sometimes unreliable QSL bureau system. You do not need to worry if your QSL will get lost on its way here. It also saves money on both ends. You do not need to pay any outgoing QSL bureau fees. We do not need to pay any incoming QSL bureau fees.
Contributions are never required but are ALWAYS appreciated!

I often get QSL cards for stations that I do not handle. If you don't see the call you are looking for in the list below, then go to the bottom of this page where I have listed some calls that I know about. I have included possible correct routes.

1S1DX: Logs for this 1979 operation are currently held by VK4FW. Use QRZ.COM for his address.
C21TT: Try the QRZ.COM address direct?
DS2BGV: No manager, use QRZ.COM or via bureau.
KG4BV: QSL via N4OO.
KP2A/D: This 1981 operation's original QSL manager still has logs. QSL via AF2C.
KP2A/KP1: This 1982 operation's original QSL manager still has logs. QSL via WB2MSH.
N2OO/KH9: QSL via N4XP. special note: for N2OO/KH9: QSL VIA N4XP only.
V8A: QSL via JH7FQK.
V85AA: I only handle a very short "guest op" log from Nov 19,1999 as noted above. V85AA became sk in late 2005. No logs were saved.
VS6VO: I only handle cards for guest op QSO's made by N2OO & KF2BQ on Aug 24-27, 1991. Other route unknown.

QSL via N2OO INSTRUCTIONS:
Pick ONE METHOD! Only ONE METHOD PLEASE!
DIRECT: I require that you provide appropriate SASE or SAE + current IRC or SAE + greenstamp (minimum).
for direct mail return. ALL QSLs received without appropriate means for a return are answered via the bureau.
INCOMING BUREAU: You can send your cards to me via the W2 QSL Bureau. Go to www.njdxa.org for more information. Please read the special information below on how to make your card out for bureau mailing.
OQRS DIRECT: Go to OQRS and follow the instructions for a direct QSL card request. I provide the postage and the envelope. Minimum payment is $3.00 US or 3 EURO with options to contribute more.
OQRS BUREAU: Go to OQRS and follow the instructions for a QSL via the bureau. PLEASE do NOT send a card if you use this option.
I prefer multiple QSO's for each station to be placed on one QSL card in chronological order, especially those sent via any bureau. Example: you worked V85OO five times? Put all 5 QSO's on one card in date/time order. You'll save postage on direct mail! It will save me a lot of extra work, especially on bureau cards sent that way since many bureau cards get separated and I end up having to look up all QSO's separately. If they are all on one card, I can process them all at the same time.
PLEASE! If you send your QSL via one route, do not send a duplicate QSL via another route. For example, if you send a card direct, please DO NOT also send a card via the bureau! This creates a lot of double work for me. Thanks!
QSLs received via the W2 QSL bureau are answered 100% and are either answered via
the ARRL outgoing QSL bureau, or direct to specific QSL bureaus, or via alternate QSL services.
However, QSL bureau cards are processed slowly. Be prepared to wait.
I actively promote other QSL services such as WF5E.
NO eQSL.
LoTW has been uploaded ONLY for certain recent DXpeditions.
Currently, the only stations on LoTW are 3Y0X, CE0Z, XR9A, XR9A/8, XR9A/mm, VU7RG, VU7MY, K5D.
Future plans are being considered to upload more logs. But please do not ask for any uploads.
I am not prepared to handle QSL requests via email, however I welcome any
email inquiries.
