Although the key has no labels, the box is plainly marked "Telegraph Key" in Russian and has some interesting logos. It also has the price: 1 Rouble 5Ø Kopecs!!

Inside the box is a small printed sheet identifying the manufacturer in Kiev (Ukraine) and among other things the date of manufacture 6/88.
