The Rockmite is a simple transciever kit from Small Wonder Labs. Mine is a 40m version that operates CW on 7039.1khz and 7039.8khz. The Rockmite has built in keyer chip, so it goes perfectly with my Mini-Paddles.
I hope to take it backpacking sometime soon.

The only mod I made was adding a 100k resistor in series with C8. This brought the transmit sidetone to a nice level, however, it nearly silenced the sidetone when trying to change keyer speed. I plan to add a switch that can bypasas the 100k resistor to allow me to adjust the sidetone volume.
