When I look back, I must concede she's done her duty,
Bearing both a daughter and a son,
Thankfully blessed with my brains and with her beauty...
Now she wants to have another one.
Although her reproductive days are far behind her,
She can have more children on her own
Thanks to the latest new scientific wonder.
All she really has to do is clone.
CHORUS:
Just need a strand of her hairWhile I am still reminiscing of the old days,
Or a small skin sample
From which we can extract her DNA.
Into a host egg injected,
She can be resurrected.
Pleased to take and clone a crone today.
Back in the past, sperm were never hard to gather.
You could pick up donors on the street.
In this new world, healthy eggs are all that matter;
Now the man's completely obsolete.
CHORUS
Return to When Life Was A Bitch
