Multi-County Ham Jam on Tuesday nights


Opening Preamble: This is KE4OYY calling this session of the Multi-County Ham Jam. My name is Jane and I am located in Moore County Tennessee. This is a directed net and stations are asked to please not secure from the Net Frequency before notifying Net Control. If you have emergency traffic please use "BREAK, BREAK" and your request will be handled. The Net meets each Tuesday night at 20:30 hours local time on the MTARS 10/70 repeater In case of severe weather alerts or any other type of emergency situation the Training Net will not be called.


Is there any emergency or priority traffic on frequency?


All amateurs are invited to check in and participate. Weekly topics concerning amateur radio will be discussed. When checking in please give your name and location. Also please advise net control if you are on battery power and/or mobile. If you would like to volunteer to be a net control or present a topic for discussion, please mention it on the net. Are there any announcements or bulletins for the net? Is there any formal traffic from any station?


At this time I will take check-ins by location: Bedford County, Coffee County, Franklin County, Lincoln County, Moore County, Davidson County.

Are there stations to join the net from any location? Please come with your County and Call. Any stations from any area? Any late check-ins?

We will go back for the comment session. If you have birthdays, anniversaries or sicknesses to report or any other type of discussion, present them when you are called.

MTARS THURSDAY NET PREAMBLE

Good evening. This is Amateur Radio Station KE4OYY calling the Middle Tennessee Amateur Radio Society Two Meter Net. My name is Jane and I am located in Moore County, TN. This net meets each Thursday at 9:00 p.m. on the W4UOT Manchester repeater. This Net is affiliated with the ARRL National Traffic System.

You do not have to be a MTARS member to check in.

Is there any emergency or priority traffic for the net?

Regular Club meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. on the second Thursday of each month. Go to the First Presbyterian Church at the corner of East Grundy and North Washington Streets in Tullahoma.
