WSJT from K1JT has been very popular for the last 10 years . It was initially used on VHF, but quickly conquered SW with JT65 and JT9 ,but a real boom occurred 2 years ago when appeared FT8, a year ago they started contest , for several months now and FT4 - also with a contest... Already every day on FT8 and FT4 thousands of radio stations operate !

get to know what it is WSJT and then download - WSJT-X 2.1.0

Windows:

• Version 2.1.0: wsjtx-2.1.0-win32.exe.  (32-bit Vista, Win 7, Win 8, and Win 10).

• Version 2.1.0: wsjtx-2.1.0-win64.exe.  (64-bit Vista, Win 7, Win 8, and Win 10).

Note the following before you begin the installation -DO NOT INSTALL IN PROGRAM FILES,
install on disk C and plug the USB cable into the computer and the transceiver ALT-512

insert V to Create wsjtx Desktop Icon

install on disk C . After the installation is complete and the WSJT starts, open Settubgs... in directory File

fill in My Call:/Your Call/ ; My Grid: /Your Grid/ and insert "V" where I put it .

then open now "Radio" in Settings and fill in as shown Rig:

PTT Method : RTS

Port: CAT

Now to Test CAT and Test PTT , Please turn Test CAT and after this Test PTT

in these actions ALT-512 must pass transmission, please click again Test PTT stop the red color on it and press OK , now open Audio ...

select :

Input: Line(USB AUDIO CODEC)

Output: Speakers(USB AUDIO CODEC)

and press OK

ALT-512 it's already set up for work, but learn the help to get it working ...
