  - Unzip the files on your local machine
  - Open the config.php file located in the /inc directory
  - Change the 'General Config' and Database Config'
  - You may also wish to change other configuration options however it 
    is not necessary
  - Save the config file
  - Upload all the files to a directory on your server that you specified
    in the configuration file. e.g. http://www.example.com/hcl/
  - Point your browser to the setup directory e.g. http://www.example.com/hcl/setup/
  - Follow the on-screen setup process
  - Once setup is comple make sure you delete the setup directory otherwise
    it will make the script insecure allowing public access to 'empty' your
    database and create a new admin user.


    Installation Complete!




  Having trouble with the generated code not displaying anything?
  Make sure you cut & paste the code as-is without line-wrapping enabled.
  Remeber to add 'x=y' to the code of additional status icons if you have more
  than one live help status icon on a page. (the first icon should not have x=y)
