Unzip all files to a directory such as c:\DXMON.

Use Netscape or any browser to read the documentation in
DXMON.HTM before using the program.

If you are upgrading, you should unzip all files to your DX Monitor directory
in order to update the documentation files and data files such as TIME.TXT
and CTY.DAT. DXSPOTS.TXT has been eliminated from the download to avoid
overwriting any information you have already retrieved.

Versions 0.90 and later use a local ini file to save settings instead
of the registry. At this time, the registry entries are not deleted so
that you can revert to version 0.89 and retain your settings.

This is a beta test version. Please report any unusual messages
or problems that you encounter to peterj@benlo.com.

DX Monitor is freeware. Distribute freely.
