Protects your transceiver and any other device from high voltage

Mobile Transceivers are often used at home and supplied mostly by a linear power supply. In case of a defect, voltages over 20 V may ruin a valuable device like your trx and more. This fast protection circuit senses the voltages given by a power supply and turns off current very fast, if the voltage exceeds threshold defined by a zener diode. The PowerMos Switch Siemens BT542 acts like a very fast relais.
