Lincoln Trail Amateur Radio Club Bylaws
Section I
Membership: Refer to Article III in the Constitution.
Section II
Dues:
A. Full Membership Dues shall be fifteen ($15) dollars per year, per licensed Amateur Radio Operator. Dues are for the calendar year (1 Jan - 31 Dec).
1. Each additional licensed Amateur Radio Operator abiding at the same mailing address shall be five ($5) dollars per year.
2. Dues for new Full Memberships shall be prorated semi-annually (i.e. full member joining in July {1/2 year} would be fifty percent (50%) of the Full Membership dues)
B. Associate Membership Dues shall be five ($5) dollars per year.
C. Any Member whose dues have not been paid for three (3) months from the date they were due shall be ineligible to vote or to enjoy any other of the privileges or benefits offered by this club.
D. Successful first time license testing candidates at any LTARC-sponsored test event shall be offered one-year free full membership in the year of their testing.
