QSL information

QSL cards to LA9M and LA9M/P can be sent direct or via bureau. We honor all requests for QSL cards as long as we can find you in our logs. To cut our expenses we now print cards on request only, i.e to confirm the reception of your card. We now print our cards on a color laser printer. The card has been designed and printed using the DXbase2005 logging program and prints all information in a single pass. Four cards are printed edge-to-edge on each sheet of 200g thick semi-glossy paper and then cut manually. We use DXbase also for merging the different logs (exported adif files from Writelog etc.).

Please observe that postage from Norway to countries outside of Europe is now more than USD 2, so please be sure to include either USD 3 or a valid IRC to cover our postage expenses. Thank you for your understanding!

Sandøy island 2005

QSL cards for our Sandøy IOTA Expedition are now ready to print and the first direct cards have been sent (September 8th, 2005). A sample card with test information is shown below.

Sandøy is a small island with about 30 residents. As you can see, it is a good location for DX and has clean water and very nice sandy beaches. We stayed in two of the rental cottages on the beach to the right in the photo (very reasonable rates). If you would like to visit this charming island or this area (bring your radio).

Sekken island 2002

QSLs for this operation have been shipping for several years now. We had 2100 cards printed and still have some in stock, but don't postpone submitting your card until they are all gone!
