This is one of my prized QSL cards.  I worked this station back in 1977 when the Ukraine was still behind the Iron Curton.  In order to get a QSL card from a Soviet station you had to QSL them via P.O. Box 88, Moscow, USSR.  All corespondence had to go through Communist check points.  I waited 2 years from the date of contact for this card.  To see the reverse side, click on the image.
