A9 - BAHRAIN
     Dave,EI3IO, will show up as A92IO soon. He has only an oral promise
     concerning his licence so he still has to be patient. Dave will stay
     in Bahrain until August 2011. Usually he is working mostly in CW and
     SSB on 80m-10m (including the WARC bands). He also plans to become
     active on 6m during the upcoming summer and on 160m during the winter
     season 2010/2011. QSL cards should be sent directly to Dave Court,
     PO Box 31183, Budaiya, Bahrain, direct to the address of EI3IO (this
     mail will be fowarded to him only twice a year) or via bureau to EI3IO.

     Steve,AK0M, is working as C6ASB from Grand Bahama Island (NA-080)

CN - MOROCCO
     Mat,MJ0ASP, will be active as CN2MR only in CW on 40m-10m (WARC bands
     preferred) from Feb 18-26. They also plan to take part in the ARRL
     International DX CW Contest. QSLs direct or via RSGB bureau to MJ0ASP.

HI - DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, NA-096
     Fabio,HI3/IK4QJF, will be QRV in SSB and digital modes between Feb 20
     and Mar 5. Send your QSLs direct or via bureau to IK4QJF.

HK - COLOMBIA
     Lothar,DK8LRF, intends to become active as HK3JCL again working in SSB,
     Pactor, RTTY and PSK31 mainly on 20m and 40m from Feb 20 until Easter.
     His QTH will be the finca Mariposa near Restrepo/Meta, at the foot of
     the Eastern Cordillera. His equipment includes a Kenwood TS-50,
     an Annecke antenna coupler, PTC II and a Rhombus antenna (4 x 63m)
     pointing to Central Europe. QSLs via bureau to DK8LRF.

J8 - ST VINCENT AND GRENADINES, NA-109
     Dave,G3TBK, is QRV again as J88DR from St. Vincent (NA-109) working
     in CW, SSB and RTTY on 160m-10m from Feb 18 until Mar 15. He plans to
     join the upcoming RSGB Commonwealth Contest (BERU) as well.
     QSL via his homecall.

KP2 - US VIRGIN ISLANDS, NA-106
     KP2/K3CT and KP2/K3TEJ are working in CW, RTTY and PSK31 on all bands
     from Feb 17-24. KP2M will be their callsign in the ARRL DX CW Contest.
     QSLs for KP2M via AI4U, KP2/K3CT and KP2/K3TEJ via homecalls.

P2 - PAPUA NEW GUINEA
     P29VIM is Paju,YO5BIM, who is active in CW and SSB on 30m-6m during
     his evening hours until Feb 21. QSL via YO5BIM.

V3 - BELIZE
     Wil,AA4NC, is going to hit the airwaves in CW, SSB and RTTY on all
     bands signing V31RR from Feb 17-23. He will join the ARRL Contest as
     single OP on Feb 20/21. QSLs via his homecall or LoTW.

VK9X - CHRISTMAS ISLAND, OC-002
     Phil,G3SWH, and Jim,G3RTE, will activate Christmas Island (OC-002) in
     CW on 80m-10m from Feb 20-27. They plan to work with two stations at
     the same time signing VK9X/G6AY. The QSL manager is Phil,G3SWH.

YN - NICARAGUA
     Eric,K9GY, will be in Nicaragua again from Feb 18-22 and is going to
     sign YN2GY from the QTH of Octavio,YN2N. He will join the CW part of
     the ARRL Contest and can be found working in CW mainly on the
     WARC bands outside of the contest.
     QSL via bureau or direct to his homecall or via LoTW.

ZF2 - CAYMAN ISLANDS, NA-016
     Jeff,K0UU, will be active in CW on 40m-10m signing ZF2MN/ZF8 from
     Little Cayman (NA-016) from Feb 21-28. QSL direct via K0UU or via LoTW.

ZK3 - TOKELAU, OC-048 / 5W - WESTERN SAMOA, OC-097
     Bill,N7OU, and Bob,W7YAQ, will show up from Tokelau (OC-048) between
     Feb 17 and Mar 10. Since this exotic destination is accessible only
     by boat the exact dates may vary a bit. Bill and Bob will be active
     mainly in CW but also in SSB and RTTY on 160m-10m running 100 watts
     into verticals. They will take part in the ARRL International DX CW
     Contest as well. Callsigns from Tokelau will be announced later.
     They will be QRV also from Apia on Western Samoa (OC-097) signing
     5W0OU and 5W0YA on their way home from Mar 11-15.
     The QSL cards should be sent direct or via bureau to their homecalls.

5Z - KENYA
     Cato,5Z4/LA9PF, stays in Kenya for three months starting on Feb 11.
     He plans to work on all bands with his 100 watts, a 3 ele yagi and a
     loop antenna. Cato prefers SSB and the digital modes but also works in
     CW sometimes. During his stay he will visit Malawi from time to time
     and hopes to become active as 7Q7PF from there.

6W - SENEGAL
     La Somone will be the QTH of Luc,F5RAV, between Feb 18 and Mar 1.
     He will sign 6V7T from the station of Jean-Francois,6W7RV.
     QSLs only direct via F5RAV.

     Giovanni,I5JHW, is active as 6V7V during his holidays until Feb 23.
     He also plans to join the CQ WPX RTTY Contest.

8P - BARBADOS, NA-021
     Yuri,VE3DZ, will show up as 8P9AA in CW, SSB and RTTY on all bands
     from Feb 15-23. He will sign 8P3A in the ARRL DX CW Contest.

9H - MALTA, EU-023
     DL4HG and DL5XAT will be QRV as 9H3TX from Gozo (EU-023, WLOTA LH-0046)
     from Feb 17-24 (including the ARRL DX CW Contest). They will use 100
     watts and vertical antennas. QSLs direct, via bureau or LoTW to DL5XAT.

9U - BURUNDI
     Helmut,DL3KBQ as 9UXEV (correct callsign), Henry,DL2RSI as 9U1RSI,
     Peter,DH2KI as 9U1KI, and Juergen,DJ2VO as 9U1VO, will operate from
     Burundi from Feb 22 until Mar 6. They will activate up to four stations
     in CW, SSB and digital modes from the Safari Gate Hotel in Bujumbara.
     The QSL cards should be sent via bureau or direct to their homecalls.

9X - RWANDA
     9X0CW (DK7PE) and 9X0LX (DK7LX) hit the airwaves last week without any
     notice in advance. Georg,9X0LX, is focusing on the high bands while
     Rudi,9X0CW, concentrates his activities on the lowbands. They will stay
     there until Feb 18. QSLs via homecalls.

SPAIN, SPECIAL EVENT STATION
     Javier,EC1KV, Daniel,EB1LA, Jose,EA1CUB,
     Jose,EA1CS, Juanjo,EA1WX, Juan,EA1AUM, Gil,EA1HFM, und Fernando,EA1GHT,

SILENT KEYS: Chris Walters,N0HVK, was one of the casualties of the explosion
     in the Connecticut power plant on Feb 7. More DXers who passed away are
     Erich Recaen (DL5RBR), Jacky Gargot (F5OIU), Edward R. Hill (W3FEG),
     Russell Kellam (W4UBC) and Herbert "Pete" Hoover III (W6ZH). He was the
     great-grandson of Herbert Hoover (31st president of the USA) and the
     son of the former IARU and ARRL president Herbert Hoover Jr.

AS-013, 8Q, Maldive Islands: Joerg,OE6VHF, will be active from Thulhagiri
     Island from Feb 23 until Mar 5. He will sign 8Q7JK on 40m-10m with
     emphasis put on 40m and 17m SSB. QSL via his homecall.

AS-127, S2, Chittagong Region Group: Tutul,S21RC, Manjurul,S21AM, Sohel,S21S
     and Aminul,S21D, will be QRV as S21DX from St. Martin's Island from
     Feb 21-25. They will work mainly in SSB and some RTTY using a 5 band
     Spiderbeam, dipoles and vertical antennas. Their power source will be
     batteries. Unfortunately their QSL manager EB7DX confirms QSLs only
