RAC Bulletin 2009-031E - Correction to Bulletin 2009-030E

A previous RAC Bulletin regarding the election of Midwest Director Derek Hay, VE4HAY, inadvertently stated that his term would begin on January 1, 2010. In fact, Director Hay is completing a two-year term left vacant when the previous Midwest Director resigned for personal reasons, a term that will end on December 31, 2010. RAC regrets any inconvenience the original bulletin may have caused.
