The Mission, simply, is to provide a forum for people interested in building sensors for the various precursor signals we have identified as feasible and practical; to design and build the means to transport the sensor data via amateur radio collection networks.

Observers would be identified and (self) trained to discover those signals that seem most reliable for detecting signal anomalies in the sensor data.
