Metro Dade Fire Rescue

    Contrary to popular belief, Metro Dade Fire Rescue is NOT on a Trunked Erickson System.  They were, but it had to many problems.  That's great for all of us scanner users.  Not so great for Erickson though.

    Metro Dade County is an easy system to follow once you get used to it.  Below, I will list some of the radio codes most often used be Metro Dade.  For the record, this is not The Miami Fire Rescue.  They run on what is belived to be a Motorola type I trunked system.  I'm pretty sure they are, but if you feel otherwise, e-mail me with corrections.
