Well I would like to say that I'm a great bass fisher, but it would be like telling you about the one that got away. I do enjoy getting out and wetting a line as often as I can, but it doesn't seem like I get to do it often enough.
I try to go to Grandbury and borrow one of my dad's boats and try to find the big one that got away from the other guy. I have caught a few down there, but the fun of it all is just getting out and away for the rat race for a few hours. I am working on building up an old boat to do the job that I want it to do so that I can go to other lakes and chase the big one.
My fishing experience is due to a friend in VA Beach VA, Dave Patty. He and I use to leave out around 4:00 am to drive down to the Little River in NC to spend the day. He usually caught the fish and I got sunburned. He taught me the fine art of worm fishing and how not to fall into the lake. I really seem to like using the "Slider Worms" more than any other bait, but will try anything if it works.
Here are just a couple of links to a few places that I seem to like. I hope that you will find them helpful in all of your fishing pleasures.
