Radio Amateur Service Club of Louisiana, Inc., is an amateur radio organization originally formed in 1983 for the purpose of providing public service communication via amateur radio in and around Baton Rouge, LA.


Since that time we have been a part of many events including Louisiana Special Olympics, U.S. National Hot Air Balloon Championships, Balloons & BBQ, Multiple Sclerosis Bicycle Tours/Walks, Cystic Fibrosis Walks, National Sports Festival, Senior Olympics, U.S. Junior Track and Field Championship, Baton Rouge Annual Christmas Parade, Krewe of Southdowns, LSU Football (Red Cross) medical response, and many others.


We sponsor repeaters on 145.490 MHz (analog PL 107.2 / Yaesu Fusion) and 444.850 MHz (analog PL 107.2) / Yaesu Fusion).  The 145.490 repeater is part of the DWARN network of repeaters across Louisiana.  Hotspot users can connect to DWARN via YCS311/29 using DG-ID 00 or 29.
