1. I give up the right for my family or me to sue the property owners for any injury while on the property. This includes:
   • medical bills and expenses incurred as a result of the incident
   • lost income for time from work to recover
   • the fair value of any clothing damaged in the incident
   • compensation for pain and suffering as a result of the incident
   • general damages
2. I release the property owners of any liability of any accident, including myself or others, occurring on the property.
3. In the event of personal injury or death, by participating in the events and/or signing this waiver you "assume the risk" of injury or death.
4. I understand the risks involved and danger in the events I will participate in and/or spectate.
5. I understand that not all property on the premises is maintained and there is some risk of injury due to being unfamiliar of the land, equipment, fences, etc.
6. I understand that this is a contract between the property owner and myself for the exchange for use of property and/or equipment.

BY SIGNING THIS OFFICIAL DOCUMENT, I KNOWINGLY WAIVE MY RIGHT TO SUE AND ASSUME THE RISK OF DEATH OR INJURY.
