1. Click here to download the zip file. If you need a program to handle ZIP files.. go to www.winzip.com

2. Open My Computer and open your WinAPRS folder.

3. In the WinAPRS folder, create a new folder called counties.

4. Inside the counties folder, create a folder called AR

5. Unzip the contents of the Zip file into the AR folder.

6. Restart WinAPRS.

Now when Weather Warnings pop up, the county affected will change color.
