| The Field Day motto should be hot, hotter
and just on fire. When I arrived at 1:58 P.M. asking if they could send a message for me, lot of looks from those that didn't know me. I think they were lighting the torches. Boy was it hot from their tear down (Site #2) they were all sweating no dry areas to be found and like me they had one place in mind home. Talked with John for a while and decided to go, to allow them to finish and be on their way,

| Fears that the Radio Operator probably had frost bite as the air conditioner was on full blast. No one seen him all day. |
They said they dismantled the Antenna because they were afraid that it would fall on somebody. They said if they had known I was coming they would have left it up a little longer. |
