a roof top tower was completed this month at the new
Red Cross Disaster Operation Center
including 2 Meters, 70 cm,
and 47.42 Mhz.

All went well 250 entrees on the 40 mile and 20 mile run. We Stanly
County provided a total of 8 people at the 20 mille station and the 14/26
mile station. Was good experience but at time was very hectic to keep
up.
11. Comments: Attended the Area-12 quarterly meeting held at the
Mecklenburg EOC center.
12. Up Coming Events: Proposed installation of HF antenna on Stanly Co.
Court House for ARES EC HF/VHF Station.

County ARES will provide communications/safety coverage.
