NCDXF/IARU Beacon Transmission Schedule
Each transmission is repeated every three minutes. A transmission consists
of the callsign of the beacon sent at 22 wpm followed by one-second dashes.
The callsign and the first dash are sent at 100 watts. The remaining dashes
are sent at 10w, 1w, and 0.1w.00:00=begining of 3 minutes.
