ATV Equipment

PC Electronics of  Arcadia California makes this little Exciter-Receiver Combo. This unit puts out about 1.5 watts of wide band fast scan ATV signal. There are two crystal controlled channels. The Receiver is variable.

I maintain a TV studio of sorts in my Shack.

This equipment is always ready to go as I am

constantly searching the various bands.

The KC9BVS ATV Station operates on

the following frequencies:

434.0000.00 WFM  (~6MHz)

439.2500.00 WFM  (~6MHz)

Simplex!!

The extra space below is for more images of the ATV station, check back soon!

On the left, the rear of the above units. The Exciter and Receiver are connected together by means of a BNC cable. This allows Transmit/Recieve switching.

On the right a TVC 12G 1.24GHz downconverter. This unit allows the reception of 1.24GHz Wide-Band ATV signals. I really like these units!

The top of both units comes off easily exposing circuitry and allowing adjustment of the Sync-Tip Voltage. This helps to give you your best picture and the most output possible with a proper formatted signal.
