Technical Design Specifications
Below is the block diagram of our controller package. We will use a PIC controller programer to monitor and transmit data. It will also control the balloon release, GYRO, power, and TNC. We are also using light or sound and a beacon for recovery after landing.

Here is a list of the communications equipment that will be in the package with the controller;
