This is a picture of the TCI of Plano, Texas downlink facility. On the tower It appeared to have a cellular site near the top, as well as some VHF and UHF antennas. There are also several horizontally polarized beams aimed mostly South West. The tower is about 100 Feet tall and is free standing. The downlink dish is about 30 feet tall and 50 feet wide.
