1 Apr 2001, The inagural flight from SJC (San Jose CA) to CDG (Charles DeGaulle Paris France) receives a 3000gpm salute before beginning its takeoff roll.
A beautiful Eastern DC10-30 comes in for a landing at MIA.
Evidently, Continental bought this DC10 from Eastern. It is the same aircraft that is pictured above it.
