(17) Node Busy Toggle--enter *1*[temporarly disabled] on your DTMF keypad.

(18) To enable recording of QSO [up to five minutes of time]--enter 11* on your DTMF keypad.

(19) To stop recording of QSO--enter 22* on your DTMF keypad.

(20) To play back recording--enter 33* on your DTMF keypad.

(21) To play current weather conditions--enter 44*[temporarly disabled--this feature runs at half past the hour except during controled hurricane nets] on your DTMF keypad.

(22) To play weather forecast--enter 99*[temporarly disabled] on your DTMF keypad.

Please remember to keep your transmissions under 3 minutes as many nodes/links to repeaters and other links are set to "timeout" at 3 minutes in most cases.Ask each node operator for specs on their individual setup when in doubt.
The KC4QLP-L/R is set to 175 seconds or 2 minutes 55 seconds of key down time before you timeout the transmitter and the link to Echolink.Abuse of the link will win you the "your banned" ""award".
The KC4QLP-L/R operates at times with a PL tone of 131.8 for accessing,otherwise feel free to use the repeater and use the Echolink--this repeater is open to all.
For those of you visiting the area,the local standard for repeater access across Northeast NC and the Outer Banks is the 131.8 PL tone.
