M51 (NGC5194) the Whirpool Galaxy in Canis Venatici
Imaged from Las Rozas, Madrid on August 12th 2002 with CookBook 245 CCD Camera,   unguided Meade LX90 with Broadband Nebular Filter and f/3.3 Focal Reducer for an efective focal ratio of f/3. 20x15s. Captured with CBwinCam and processed with AIP4WIN.
This is my first succesful attempt to image M51 in a severe polluted sky and low in the horizon.
