Best practices for SSTV:
Do not send an CQ image after someone elses. Wait at least 1.5X the time of the mode you just heard to let someone answer.
If you already have someone in your log, you do NOT need to let them know. That only causes QRM.
If you just finished a QSO, let someone else have the frequency.
