JIM

This was taken in Oskaloosa IA in 1997 where I stayed for a month In the center is Jim Ide WB0UYQ who kindly offered his shack for passing my US license exam.

Lab

First licensed in 1973 as UB5CBB also ex RB5CQ. In 1980 I graduated from the Tallinn Maritime College as a radio engineer. In 1992 I obtained a Diploma at the Gorlovka Institute of Foreign Languages. Now I run my own business connecting with radio communications equipment sales and repair. We also trade   vacuum tubes and power semiconductor devices.

My key collection

This is a part of my key collection. Some items I have more than one I would like to change to any foreign key.
Licence

It was quite easy to receive 20 WPM but theoretical part turned out to be rather difficult so I failed to get Advanced Class. The VE Team were strict examiners but very nice people indeed.
