The morning net QIN/L (1430Z) reported all
30 sessions with a traffic total of 48 and the evening
net QIN/E (0000Z) reported 28 sessions with a traffic
total of 31.
NET MANAGER'S MESSAGE
FOR
APRIL
Traffic count was down a little this month which is
typical for going into summer.
Things get busy around the homestead during the summer,
and because there are so many more things going on,
consequently it seems impossible to maintain the activity
level that we do during the winter. But we all know that
we do what we can.
My thanks to Gary, Kirk, Mark, Brent, and Newt for
outstanding service as NCS.
If no NCS shows up after a few minutes from net time, any
station may go ahead and assume Net Control, so don't be
bashful, and it will be much appreciated.
If you can, and want to, assist regularly during the week
on the morning Nets as NCS please let me or KJ9J know.
Newt, KJ9J is back in the saddle as Manager, for the
summer. Thank you Newt!!
I want to thank all of you for the cooperation and fine
work you have given to the net during the past few
months.
You are all very much appreciated for continuing the net
operations, and I hope you have a fine and enjoyable
summer. Keep up the good work.
