to the First Edition
Welcome to the first web edition of the QIN and ICN Newsletter!
The purpose of this newsletter
is to publish monthly statistics, news and events of the Indiana
CW traffic nets. It will also contain articles with views,
opinions and some useful training ideas from the net managers. I
would also like it to become an open forum for all QIN and ICN
stations.
The format of this newsletter is taken from an older version of
"the Key", when it was published by Ad, NR9K, many
years ago. This is done with his permission.
Publishing a newsletter is a new experience for me. I hope to
have as much fun learning about it as I do participating in the
cw nets and the long standing traditions of the QIN and ICN
traffic nets.
