Therefore, you should not go to the roof to get a picture of a tornado.

The only people who should be out in severe weather are those who are trained in storm behavior--such as spotters. And only mad dogs and Englishmen should go out in the noonday sun.

Now, please, review and remember the rest of the severe weather and tornado safety rules before the next tornado season. Then again, you never know when a tornado might strike. Recall December 23rd, 1996.
