__Angels Don't Play This HAARP__

No place in the US do we have a billion or ten billion or a hundred billion
watts of power.  The most power we have anywhere is fifty thousand watts of 
AM power which is considerable but the minute you get ten feet away from 
the tower is no longer dangerous.  A hundred thousand watt FM transmitter, 
you get thirty, forty, fifty away from the radiator at the very top of the 
tower, which is five, six hundred feet high, no problem.  A microwave oven, 
don't put your head in it. What stared a lot of scientists to get worried 
about the Harp Project was the "woodpecker."  The "woodpecker" is a signal 
that in the early 70's was picked up by Ham Radio Operators and was a 
pulsating radio frequency and the Ham's referred to it as the "woodpecker 
signal" because the way it sounded as much like a woodpecker.  It was 
associated with a number of effects from disruption of mental process to 
people getting sick, a whole lot of things were attributed to it.  It was 
operated out of  the Soviet Union, which the have five of these larger
radio frequency transmitters for ionosphereic experimentation and weapons 
effects.  Now  our scientists in cooperation with Soviet scientists for a 
number of years have been cooperating on this technology in developing the 
advancements in these weapons systems.  But was disturbing in the 
"woodpecker" signal is that it was causing a disruption physiologically in 
peoples bodies.  As we know most of those involved in microwave 
transmission experimentation have all kinds of terrible cancer.  So we know 
that high frequency radio waves are extremely dangerous if you don't know 
what your doing.  But in this book were talking about is beyond AM and FM 
stations, because there not dangerous, what were talking about is stuff that 
is so big and so powerful that literaly were are worried that will glow in the 
dark before they die.  And in this book it talks about the Harp project and 
why so many scientists are worried  what will happen when we light up these 
billion watt transmitters.  This whole project is kept secret by the 
government.  So what is  gonna happen is were are  going  to put billions 
of watts of  power, unknown  what it does into the atmosphere.  Sounds 
like something Nikola Telsa experimented with in Siberia.  What we are 
about to do is dump electromagnetic radiation into the upper atmosphere and 
the radiated power level will range  between 90DBW-100DBW.  A way to 
visualize this power level is that a 10 billion watt generator running 
continuously for one hour would deliver a quantity of energy equal to
hat of a Hiroshima sized atomic bomb.  So at 100 billion watts they would 
have 10 times the power of the atomic bomb in Hiroshima.  With current 
technology, called EMP [electro-magnetic pulses] we can scorch the troops 
and burn out the electronics and equipment used in war time.  There is a EMP
weapon that some cops use to stop cars, it sends a pulse to the cars 
electric systems and shorts it out, stopping the car.  We know at low 
power levels it causes depression,  and could cause tremendous health pro
ems.  This thing is gonna operate between 1-30Hz [or pulses per second],  
and this the same range in which your brain normally operates within.  At 
30Hz, your angry and at the low end your calm, asleep.  And with this 
project which will affect a hemisphere.  What can happen is your brain can 
lock into this frequency because your brain, so this projects side effect is
brain control.  And if it confuses the brain enough and disturbs the message
to the heart, it can kill, and since this transmitter is directional it's 
energy can be focused on a specific area.-------------Find this hard to
