Frightening Factlet:
For the first federal income tax in 1914, the "normal" tax rate was 1%. Five years later it was 77%.  I thought this was a good one for April 15.

Parade

Testing

Once again a great job by all who helped participate in the parade.  The trailer was donated by Steve KB8YTC who dug it out for us and pulled by Paul KC8ELQ.  There were many who showed up to do the decorations.  They were a little wet but the float I hear was really neat.  WAY TO GO ALL!!!!!

As stated earlier in this newsletter Bay City will be holding testing April 15th.  We will NOT be holding testing for the month of May due to the conflict with Dayton and the fact all the VE's will be in Ohio.

For the months of June, July and August it is unsure if testing will be held.  The American Red Cross has informed us that they will be revamping their building for these months and the room will not be available for us.

We will be sure to keep you posted on June, July and August for testing.
