I do like to ride so I figured I should mention something about it.
I have 2 bikes a 2002 Trek 1000 and a 2004 Specialized Rockhopper.
The
2002 Trek 1000 is a great entry level road bike.
It is in the US Postal Colors.
I have made the following modifications to it :

I put on it a shorter stem… this helped to relieve my backaches.

I changed out the Granny Gear from 32t to 30t.
·
I have a Trek Fusion bike computer.
The 2004 Specialized Rockhopper is a
great entry level mountain bike.
I use it to ride around town and in the neighborhood.
I tend to ride this bike more often than my road bike.

When I get on my road bike, I get dress up and plan on riding at
least 20 miles.
·
When I get on my mountain bike, I just plan on riding 1-2 miles…
which become 5-10 miles
