Version 0.2.1 4/11/2015
Updated certificate.
Released Source Code. RadioICS-213 is now Open source using MIT License.

Version 0.1.9 7/28/2013
Fixed a printing problem that I noticed
while I was coding HICS-213.
This is now fixed.

Version 0.1.8 5/27/2013
Fixed Print out bug and added
RMS Express Attachment feature.
You can now attach your ICS-213 form
to your out going RMS E-Mail.

The Print out and the print preview did
not look the same for all printers.
The right side of the print out on some
printers was off the page but the print preview
looked fine for all printers. I have rewritten most of
the print out code so now the print preview and
print out will match for all printers.
The print preview now is completely WYSIWYG.
Thank you Ian W4RIR for pointing out to me this
print out bug. With out your help in fixing this bug
(A) I would never have know that there was a problem.
(B) I would not been able to test the new code on 4 different printers.
Than you Ian for letting me know that there was a problem
and all your help in fixing the problem.

Version 0.1.6 10/14/2012
New RMS Express feature added.
There is a new menu item called RMS Express.
This new menu item makes it possible to send
your ICS-213 forms via RMS Express's template feature.
When the fields of the ICS-213 form is filled in then
the user would click on the RMS Express menu item.
This new menu item will cause the saving of a
RMS Express template file.
The user can start a new E-Mail in RMS Express
Click on the Select Template Menu item.
Navigate to the desktop\radioics-213\RmsExpress
directory and then select the ICS-213.txt file.
The fields of the RMS Express E-Mail will be filled
with the information from the RadioICS-213 form.

Made a new setup program. Note you must uninstall your
Old version of RadioICS-213 before you install version
0.1.6 or you will end up with RadioICS-213 installed
twice on your PC.
The setup program creates a RadioICS-213 directory on
your desktop. In this directory is where all the
RadioICS-213 data files will be stored.

With the creation of the new setup program RadioICS-213
is now completely compliant with all of Microsoft
software guide lines.

Version 0.1.5 01/22/2011
I have added two user requests.

You can now select either UTC or Local time.
RadioICS-213 will remember your choice.
You can change your choice at any time by clicking on the
new Setup menu item,

When the save menu item is clicked on RadioICS-213 now
has a default File Name to save your ICS form to.
This default file name consists of the Message Number and
the Incident Name. The user can use the default file name to
save their ICS-213 form or they can change the file name.
If your message numbers start with a zero until you get to
message number 100 then your saved ICS-213 files will be in
message number order.
For example use 001 not 1
use 010 not 10 and so on.

I have created a RadioICS-213 Google Group.
Please click on your browsers back button and then click
on the url for this new Group.

Version 0.1.4 01/11/2011
I have fixed a word wrap problem in the print out.
Before words would not wrap and just continue off the page to the right.
Now the two message boxes word wrap,

The print out is now in portrait instead of Landscape.

Version 0.1.3 01/08/2011
The last version was 0.0.8
Versions 0.0.9, 0.1.0, 0.1.1 and 0.1.2 were never released.
A lot of changes have taken place.
I found that the method I was using to start the the users
default E-Mail client had a length limitation. If the ICS-213 form
had more than a certain amount of characters in it the E-Mail would
be truncated.
This has been fixed by having the users default E-Mail client open with
a short sentence instructing the user to right click and paste the ICS-213
information into the E-Mail. When the user selects paste RadioICS-213 will
paste the content of the ICS-213 form into the body of the E-Mail.

The printing of the ICS-213 form also had a problem. If the amount of text in any
field was more than could be displayed on the users screen that text did not show up
in the print out. This is because the print method used a screen shot of the users
screen to make the print out.
I have now changed the print method to no longer be a screen shot.
Now no matter how long the form becomes it will print out in its entirety.
The print method can now print multiple pages.
The print function also has a new feature. When the user clicks on the Print Menu
Item the Print Preview page opens. This way a user can now see what his
print out is going to look like before he or she prints it out. If they do not like what
they see they can dismiss the Print Preview Dialog box and then correct their
ICS-213 form.
