Here's a photo of me during QRPTTF '98!  The theme this
year was "Run to the Borders".  Due to high water, I was
unable to operate right ON the border.  I'm seen here
on the Maine side of the Salmon Falls River.  The
other side is New Hampshire.  It was rainy, cold and
windy.
