One person per county monitoring Amateur and/or ESDA operations should 
enter the position reports of the objects on the APRS weathernet.

Some areas DO NOT WANT weather information, therefore the WX 
designator allows routing to the areas that do want it... by assigning 
the WX alias they agree to weather only traffic.

I am using WX1, WX2, WX3 to represent the WX digi's 10, 20, 30 
mile radius from the NWS office.  Each county would "jump on" the 
backbone and have their route to the NWS office specified.  Of course,
if a path was really better then 10 miles (at 9600 baud), it could be
specified to go from WX1 to WX3, etc. Since WX# (where # is radius in 
tens-of-miles), the possible digi's on the radius lines would not be 
talking to themselves.  And ALL the NWS weather offices bulletins 
should go to all the counties (all 35 counties in Central part of the 
state)

Weather objects should have the name as mmdtownname where mm=miles
d=direction townname=closest town spelled out.  The icon should be 
the appropriate weather object.  The remarks in those objects should say
Confirmed by K9XYZ or Reported by State Police or Reported by 
countyname ESDA or whatever station reported what you entered.  This
is so we can use the datestamp on the packet and ask that agency 
further info later.
